                               JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to

the respondent to issue passport to the petitioner pursuant to

an application made by him, within a time frame.

2. The learned DSGI, referring to Ext.P1 show cause

notice, submits that a criminal case is pending against the

petitioner and the petitioner has to get an NOC from the court

where the case is pending.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner will move the concerned criminal court to get an

NOC to go abroad.

This is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of.
