          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all
   further       proceedings   pursuant       to   judgment   and   decree    in
   O.S.No.59/2017 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kottayam
   pending disposal of this appeal.


          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing
   the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and
   this Court's order dated 03.03.2023, and upon hearing the
   arguments of SRI.M.SREEKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and
   of SRI.SURIN GEORGE IPE, Advocate for the respondent, the court
   passed the following:
