     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to correct the place
name Qatar as Oman in paragraph Nos.1, 5, 11 & 12 of the judgment dated
21/03/2023 in the above OP(FC).
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's judgment dated
21/03/2023 in OP(FC) No.104/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.

The petitioner in the Original Petition has filed this

interlocutory application for correction of the judgment dated

21.03.2023. It is pointed out that instead of 'Oman', 'Qatar' is

stated in a few places in the judgment.

The respondent did not file any objection.

On a perusal of the records, it is seen that such a clerical

error had occurred in the judgment. This application is

therefore allowed. The word 'Qatar' occurring in paragraph

No.1, 5, 11 and 12 of the judgment stands corrected as

'Oman'.

Registry to carry out correction and issue corrected copy.
