        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of the judgment and decree dated 16/10/2018 in O.S No.412/2008 in the
   files of the II Additional Subordinate Judge's Court, Ernakulam and its
   execution thereof, until the disposal of the appeal.

        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
   02/03/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.K.R.VINOD, Advocate for
