        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to enlarge the time
   fixed for disposal of the above S.A No. 201/2021 pending before the DRT-
   II, Ernakulam for a period of 5 months, in the interest of justice.

   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
