        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend time limit
   prescribed in the judgment in WP(C) No.39001/22 by a further period of 2
   months from 28-02-2023.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for petitioners in IA/Respondents in WP(C) and of
   M/S.K.C.VINCENT & T.N.ARJUN, Advocates for the Respondent in IA/petitioner
   in WP(C),the court passed the following:

                                           ORDER

This is an application to enlarge the time granted by this Court by two months from 28-02-2023.

Taking into consideration the averments made in the affidavit, I am inclined to grant the time.

Accordingly I.A. is allowed.

Two months time is granted from 28-02-2023 to the applicants in the I.A.
