                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court

essentially seeking a direction for the expeditious

consideration of Ext.P7 request made by the petitioner

for mutation and payment of tax in respect of property

over which, the petitioner claims a possessory title.

2. The learned Senior Government Pleader

would submit that Ext.P7 request can be directed to

be considered in accordance with law, within a time

frame fixed by this Court.

Having heard the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader

appearing for the respondents, this writ petition will

stand disposed of directing the first respondent to

consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 in accordance with

the law and after affording an opportunity of hearing WPC NO.10972 of 2023

to the petitioner, within a period of three months from

the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
