        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to keep in abeyance
   the judgment and decree in OS.No.1059/2007 on the file of the Addl.Munsiff
   Court-II, Thiruvananthapuram as affirmed by the lower appellate court in
   AS.53 of 2018 on the file of Additional District Court-III,
   Thiruvananthapuram till the disposal of this appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 09.03.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.L.MOHANAN,
   SMT.LIGEY ANTONY, SMT.ZISMA MADHU, Advocates for the petitioners and of
