      No.26/2018 in OP NO.372/2009 on the files of the Honourable Family
      Court, Pala, in the interest of justice.


           This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
      petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and this Court's
      order dated 20/03/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S I.DINESH
