                              JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a

direction to consider Ext.P3 application pending before the

2nd respondent. The case of the petitioner is that the

Form 5 application has been allowed and therefore there

is no impediment in considering Ext.P3 application.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader.

3. After hearing both sides, I am inclined to

dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2 nd

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3

application in Form 6 strictly in accordance with the

provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and

Wetland Act and Rules, within a period of three months

from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
