                                     JUDGMENT

The petitioner states that she is an existing Stage Carriage operator

operating service on the route Payyannur-Parassinikadavu using stage

carriage bearing Reg. No.KL-58-L-7529. He has approached this Court

seeking the following relief:

"i) Issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P3 request for revision of the existing timings of the petitioner's service, in accordance with the report submitted by the Motor Vehicle Inspector, Sub RTO, Payyanur, for variation of time of the stage carriage of the petitioner.

2. Heard Sri. C. Ajith Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for

the petitioner, and Smt. Amminikutty, the learned Senior Government

Pleader.

3. The learned Government Pleader submits that Ext.P3 request

for revision of timings can be taken up and disposed of within two months

on seniority basis.

4. After having carefully evaluated the contentions raised in this

writ petition, the submissions made across the bar, and the facts and

circumstances, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of

at the admission stage itself by issuing the following directions:

a) There will be a direction to the respondent to take up,

consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 after

affording an opportunity of being heard, either physically

or virtually, to the petitioner herein and other affected

parties, if any.

b) Orders, as directed above, shall be passed expeditiously, in

any event, within a period of two months on a first come,

first go basis from the date of production of a copy of this

judgment.

c) It would be open to the petitioner to produce a copy of the

writ petition along with the judgment before the concerned

respondent for further action.

This writ petition is disposed of.
