2. The prayer in the writ petition is for consideration of Ext.P3

Form 7 application submitted by the petitioner and numbered as

35/2022/190940. The Government Pleader on instructions submits

that Ext.P3 application has been received and is pending.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of

directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3

application, after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate,

within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this

judgment.
