The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating

that since there are some factual mistakes in the statement of facts

in the writ petition, the petitioner is seeking permission to withdraw

the writ petition with liberty to file afresh after rectifying the said

defects. The memo is recorded and permission is granted. The writ

petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
