affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
of 14 days in filing the writ appeal

respondent.

This is an application filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing

the writ appeal.

After appreciating the reasons stated in the affidavit filed for

condoning the delay, we are convinced that the affidavit discloses sufficient

cause for condoning the delay in filing the writ appeal. Hence the delay in

filing the writ appeal is condoned.
