        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No. 140/2020, in O.S No. 362/2019, on the
   file of the Hon'ble Munsiff, Ottapalam, pending consideration of the
   Original Petition, in the interest of justice.


        This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's
   order dated 15-02-2023 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. K.RAVI
   (PARIYARATH), Advocate for the petitioners, and of SRI.M.GOPIKRISHNAN
   NAMBIAR, Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the following:

                                          O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have already make an application for regularisation of the loan account. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to get instructions.

The interim order is extended till then.
