          THEKKEVILA , MUNDAKKAL, KOLLAM.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the decree and judgment in O.S.No.38/2007 dated 14.12.2011 till the
   disposal of the above appeal in the interest of justice and fairness.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's order dated
   16/2/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.THIRUMALA P.K.MANI,
   SRI.S.RAVINDRAN NAIR, Advocates for the petitioner and of

   court passed the following:
