     Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
to stay the operation of the judgment in WP(C) No.1975 of 2022 dated
07.04.2022 and all other orders connected with this pending final disposal
of this Writ Appeal.
     This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders along with connected
cases on 01/03/2023 upon perusing the appeal memorandum and this court's
order dated 21/02/2023, the court on the same day passed the following:

The Revenue Divisional Officer, through an

authorized officer, shall also verify whether there is

any levelling or quarrying work done in the property of

the petitioners in W.P(C).Nos.1975/2022 and 2039/2022

and ensure that the same is not carried out; especially

since we have asked the Revenue Divisional Officer to

file an affidavit as to the sanctions and permissions

granted to the two units.
