JUDGMENT
The contempt of court case arises from the interim order
dated 12.05.2023 in WP(C) No.15691/2023.
2. When the case is taken up today, the learned Government
Pleader submits that the Police have visited the premises and there is
no law and order situation, as of now.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand,
submits that only after filing the contempt of court case, the Police have
visited the premises and as of now, there is no serious law and order
problem prevailing in the premises.
On the basis of the statement filed by the respondent, the
contempt of court case is closed.
