        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the judgment
   and decree dated 23-12-2022 of the Court of the Subordinate Judge of
   Payyanur in L.A.R.No.69 of 2016 pending disposal of the above Land
   Acquisition Appeal in the interest of justice.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this court's order
   dated 25.05.2023 in IA 1/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SRI.
   MAHESH V RAMAKRISHNAN, SRI. PRAVEEN K.S., Advocates for the petitioner and
   of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the respondents 2 to 4, the court passed the
   following:
