        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P3 sale notice on the file of
   the Hon'ble Munsiff Court, Iringalakuda pending consideration of the above
   Original Petition, in the interest of justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   16.02.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. K.DILIP, Advocate for
   the petitioner, the court passed the following:


                                            O R D E R

Petitioner shall take steps to serve notice to the respondent No. 1 through trial court either by personal service or to any adult member in the family. If not, by affixtue in the last known address with a witness, returnable by 24-07-2023.

Post on 24-07-2023.

Interim order is extended till then.
