          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the operation, execution and implementation of the judgment and decree
   dated 29.06.2018 passed by Sub Court Mavelikkara in AS.No.40/2017 and the judgment and decree
   dated 23.02.2013 in OS.No.222/2009 passed by Munsiff Court, Mavelikkara pending disposal of the
   appeal.
          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 13.04.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.V.PHILIP MATHEWS, Advocate for the petitioner, M/S. C.RASHEED,ANITHA M.N. Advocates for
