                          JUDGMENT

Dated this the 22nd day of June 2023

The writ petition is filed to direct the first

respondent to consider Ext.P6 objection submitted by

the petitioner on the date the second respondent

considers the revision of timings in respect of the stage

carriage vehicle bearing Reg.No.KL-55/F 4255.

2. Today, when the writ petition came up for

consideration, Sri.Sreejith.V.S., the learned Government

Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the first

respondent has already convened a meeting and

decision has been taken on the request submitted by

the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition has become

infructuous.

In the light of the above submission, the writ

petition is dismissed as infructuous.
