         NEST, PAMBAAYIMOOLA, EDAKOCHI P.O., PIN - 682 010,ERNAKULAM
         DISTRICT.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the further
   proceedings/execution of judgment and decree dated 24.01.2017 in
   OS.NO.346/2015 on the file of Principal Munsiff Court, Kochi till the
   final disposal of the above appeal to secure the ends of justice.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 23.02.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.T.N.SURESH,
   SMT.DHANUJA VETTATHU, Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.ANIL KUMAR
