        This Contempt of court case (civil) having come up for orders on
   22.06.2023, the court on the same day passed the following:

                                               ORDER

After going through the pleadings in the contempt case, I am of the

prima facie opinion that, respondent committed contempt. Therefore,

respondent is directed to appear before this Court on 20/07/2023. In the

meanwhile, if the directions are complied or the judgment is varied or

modified, the appearance of the respondent is dispensed with.

Issue a copy of this order to the learned Standing Counsel for

communicating the same to the respondent.
