        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay the operation of the judgment of the Learned Single Judge in
   W.P.(C) No.14197 of 2013 dated 23.03.2021, pending disposal of the Writ
   Appeal.


        This Writ Appeal coming on for orders on 22/06/2023 upon perusing
   the appeal memorandum and this court's judgment dated 10/04/2023 in WA
   No.745/2021 and letter dated 15/06/2023, the court on the same day passed
   the following:

                                        ORDER

Read letter dated 15/06/2023, addressed by the Chairman, Kerala Co-operative Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram, requesting extension of time for complying with the directions issued in W.A.No.745/2021, for disposing of the case pending before the Tribunal.

We extend the time granted in W.A.No.745/2021 by six weeks from today. The order shall be communicated forthwith.
