        This OP (Civil) having again come up for orders on 20.06.2023, upon
   perusing this court's order dated 12.06.2023, the court on the same day
   passed the following.

                                           O R D E R

Both parties are present and expressed their willingness to have a mediation in the matter. Hence, both parties shall appear before the Nodal Officer, High Court of Kerala at 11.30 a.m. today. The Nodal officer shall at once arrange mediation and report the result of mediation on expiry of two weeks from today. The mediation shall not be permitted to continue for a period of more than two weeks.

Post on 05.07.2023 along with the report of mediation.

Execution proceedings will stand deferred till 05.07.2023.
