     SIVAPRAKASHAN, S/O. KANNAMKULATH KUMARAN, PERINJANAM VILLAGE,
     KODUNGALLUR TALUK, THRISSUR DISTRICT, NOW RESIDING AT KANNAMKULATH
     HOUSE, ASHTAMICHIRA, VADAKKUMBHAGAM VILLAGE, ASHTAMICHIRA, CHALAKUDI
     TALUK.

RESPONDENTS:

  1. STATE OF KERALA REPRESENTED BY THE PRINCIPAL SECRETARY, REVENUE
     DEPARTMENT, GOVERNMENT SECRETARIAT, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM-695001.

     AND 2 OTHERS.


     Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P9 and direct
respondents 1 to 3 not to transfer or alienate the acquired property
covered by Exhibits P1 and P2 to any private individual than the
petitioner and commit waste therein, till the disposal of the above WP(C).


     This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
08.04.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.C.CHANDRASEKHARAN,
Advocate for the petitioner, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1 & R2 and of
SRI.P.VIJAYAKUMAR & S.MANU (DEPUTY SOLICITOR GENERAL OF INDIA) for R3, the
court passed the following:

                                    O R D E R

Even though this matter has been heard in full today, I

chose not to dictate the judgment because, I am of the view

that the respondents must consider whether any other

benefits can be offered to the petitioner.

2. Sri.Daya Sindhu Sreehari - learned Central

Government Counsel, submitted that it is doubtful whether

anything more can be offered to the petitioner because, they

have already accepted the compensation; but that he will

certainly confer with his client and revert to this Court

without delay.
