     Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to issue an interim direction to the respondents not to interfere
in any manner with the entry of members of the Hindu Mala Araya Community
at Ponnambalamedu and light the Makaravilakku on the Makaravilakku day,
which this year falls on the 14 day of January, 2014, without any
hindrance, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition.

     This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
29-08-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.K.RAMAKUMAR (SENIOR
ADVOCATE) along with M/S. ASHA BABU, AMMU CHARLES, M.MANOJKUMAR
