We are of the prima facie view that the

respondent committed a contempt by arresting the

petitioner in violation of the guidelines issued by

the Apex Court judgment in Arnesh Kumar v. State of

Bihar and Another [AIR 2014 SC 2756].

Post on 26.06.2023 for appearance of the

respondent.
