   of the judgment and decree dated 08/12/2014 passed in O.S No.264/2009 on
   the file of Sub Court, Tirur till the disposal of the appeal.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
