                            JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed challenging Exhibit P2 order

of the Municipality and seeking directions to the respondents

not to demolish the room.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Municipality that there is no proposal to demolish the

petitioner's room and that necessary steps will be taken, even

if found necessary, only after putting the petitioner specifically

on the reason and after hearing her contentions.

The said submission is recorded The writ petition is

closed, setting aside Exhibit P2.
