          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
   therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment and decree
   dated 10.06.2019 in O.S.No.243/2014 on the file of the Court of Munsiff, Nadapuram, as
   confirmed in the judgment and decree in A.S No.17/2019 on the file of the Court of the
   Subordinate Judge, Vatakara, pending disposal of the above regular second appeal in
   this Hon'ble Court.
          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and
   the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 14.12.2022 and
   upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.GOPIKRISHNAN NAMBIAR, K.JOHN MATHAI, JOSON
