        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay further
   proceedings pursuant to the judgment in O.S 4/2017 of the Sub Court,
   Tirur, pending disposal of this Civil Revision Petition.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this court's
   orders dated 31.05.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. K.A.SALIL
   NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Sri. M.DEVESH, Advocate for
   the respondent 1, the court passed the following:
