                            JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking enforcement of the

stop memo issued by the Panchayat to the 3 rd respondent,

who is conducting a work shop near to the petitioner's

property. Though notice was taken out to the 3 rd respondent,

there is no appearance for the 3rd respondent.

2. This Court had, while admitting the writ petition,

ordered that the stop memo issued by the 1 st respondent to

the 3rd respondent shall be enforced, if there is no interdiction

from any other Forum.

In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is

closed, in the light of the interim order dated 28.09.2015.
