     Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
of the judgment in O.P.No.226/2016 on the file of the Honourable Family
Court, Palakkad until the disposal of the appeal.


     This Application coming on for orders, upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
of M/S. M.PROMODH KUMAR and MAYA CHANDRAN, Advocates for the appellant,
and of MR.T.K.SANDEEP Advocate for the respondent, the court passed the

A.Muhamed Mustaque, J.

Having heard the learned counsel on both sides,

we are of the view that there is an element of

settlement through mediation. Accordingly, the

parties are directed to appear before the Mediation

Centre attached to this Court on 21.06.2023 at

10.30 a.m. Mediator is also permitted to use

electronic medium to interact with the parties, if

necessary.

If there is any inconvenience to either of the

parties, that shall be intimated to the other side

in advance.

Post along with the mediation report.

I.A No.1 of 2023

Interim order is extended until further orders.
