                              JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking

expeditious consideration of Ext.P5 request filed by the

petitioner for mutation and acceptance of land tax.

2. The learned Government Pleader would submit

that there is no objection in a direction being issued to the

Tahsildar(LR), Taluk office, Kozhikode to consider Ext.P5 in

accordance with the law.

Therefore, this writ petition will stand disposed of

directing the Tahsildar(LR), Taluk office, Kozhikode to consider

Ext.P5 request made by the petitioner and take a decision

thereon in accordance with the law within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this

judgment. Since the petitioner has not impleaded the

Tahsildar(LR), Taluk office, Kozhikode as respondent to the writ

petition, the petitioner shall produce a copy of this writ petition

and a copy of this judgment before the Tahsildar(LR), Taluk

office, Kozhikode for compliance.
