          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High
   Court be pleased to stay the operation decree and judgment in AS.No.21 of 2018 dated 22.02.2023 of
   the Subordinate Judge, Kannur in OS.No.500 of 2015 dated 16.12.2017 of the Munsiff's Court, Kannur,
   till the disposal of the above appeal.



          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit
   filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated 27.06.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.ZAKEER HUSSAIN, K.A.SANJEETHA, Advocates for the petitioners and of M/S.MATHEW
