           Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to call for the record and direct the execution of
   sentence and order in judgment dated 28.02.2023 in Criminal Appeal
   No.231/2015 of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Thrissur which confirmed
   judgment in C.C.No.351/2007 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court
   Chalakudy dated 09.09.2015 be suspended, in the interest of justice.



           This application coming on for orders upon perusing this application
   and this Court's order dated 26/06/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.SAMEER M NAIR, M.KIRANLAL, R.RAJESH (VARKALA), MANU RAMACHANDRAN ,
   GEETHU KRISHNAN, SAILAKSHMI MENON, Advocates for the petitioners and of
   PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the first respondent, the Court passed the
   following:

Interim order shall stand extended.
