        OP (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in Exhibit P12 order dated 01-11-2021 in CMA
   18/2021 in EA 477/2019 in EP No. 43/2017 in O.S 101/2015 by the Additional
   District Judge, Irinjalakuda, pending disposal of the above Original
   Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   30.06.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.H.HANIL KUMAR & ARUN
