                                  JUDGMENT

Dated this the 17th day of January, 2023

This writ petition is filed seeking

directions to the 1st respondent to provide

adequate protection to the life of the petitioner

from the threat of respondents 4 to 6.

2. An interim oder was passed on

09.10.2020 while admitting the writ petition,

directing the 1st respondent to ensure that law

and order is maintained. Though notice was

taken out to respondents 4 to 6, the same has

been returned after service.

In the above view of the matter, this

writ petition is closed as infructuous. In case of

any further law and order issues at the instance

of the contesting party respondents, the W.P.(C)No.22206 OF 2020

petitioner may approach the Station House

Officer who shall look into the complaint and

take necessary action in accordance with law.
