                             JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a

direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P6 representation made by the petitioner for endorsement

of tax in respect of vehicle bearing registration No.KL-51-G-6201

on the basis of seating capacity and not on the basis of floor

area ratio. It is the case of the petitioner that the vehicle was

registered prior to 01.10.2017 and therefore, the petitioner is

entitled to the benefit of Ext.P4 judgment of a Division Bench of

this Court.

2. Heard the learned Senior Government Pleader also.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

case, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing the 1 st

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6

representation of the petitioner having due regard to Ext.P4

Division Bench judgment of this Court. The needful shall be

done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a

certified copy of this judgment.
