      2. THE LOCAL LEVEL COMMITTEE UNDER THE NATIONAL TRUST ACT, KOZHIKODE,
         REPRESENTED BY ITS CHAIRMAN, THE DISTRICT COLLECTOR, COLLECTORATE,
         CIVIL STATION, KOZHIKODE- 673 020, KERALA.


        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to permit to correct
   the typographic mistake in paragraph 2 from "aged 4 years" to "aged 7
   years" and further in paragraphs 7 and 9 from "the village officer,
   Kunnamkulam" to "the village officer, Kunnamangalam" in the Judgment dated
   23.12.2022 in W.P 38293/2022 of this Hon'ble Court.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of M/S. JIKKU SEBAN GEORGE & DEEPTI SUSAN GEORGE, Advocates for the
   petitioner in IA/WP(C), SRI.K.R.RANJITH, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the
   respondents in IA/WP(C) and of SRI. V.RAMKUMAR NAMBIAR & SMT.
   SATHYASREEPRIYA EASWARAN, AMICI CURIAE, the court passed the following:

                                         ORDER

Allowed.

In paragraph 2 of the judgment the words "aged 4 years" will stand

corrected as "aged 7 years" and in paragraphs 7 and 9, the words "the

village officer, Kunnamkulam" will stand corrected as "the village

officer, Kunnamangalam".

Registry is directed to make the corrections as directed above.
