                                JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed challenging the

proceedings initiated against the petitioner under the provisions

of the SARFAESI Act.

2. When this matter is taken up for consideration, it is

the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the

respondent Bank that the loan port folio has been assigned to an

Asset Reconstruction Company and no proceedings have been

continued by the respondent Bank against the petitioner under

the provisions of the SARFAESI Act.

This is recorded and the writ petition is closed, leaving open

all contentions taken by the petitioner.
