        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay all proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P7, pending disposal
   of the above Writ Petition(Civil).


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

                                            ORDER

The 2nd petitioner's application for Trade Licence stands

rejected as per Ext.P4 for the reason that No Objection

Certificates from all landlords have not been produced. It is

doubtful whether such an argument will stand the scrutiny of

law in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in

Sudhakaran v. Corporation of Trivandrum [2016 (3) KHC

803]. This is a matter to be considered in the writ petition.

3. Standing Counsel takes notice for respondents 1

and 2. Issue urgent notice by speed post to respondents 3 to

14.

There will be an interim order directing respondents 1 and

2 to permit the 2nd petitioner to run the business provisionally WP(C) No.778/2023 4/5
