Admit. Government Pleader takes notice for respondents

1 and 3. Standing Counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to

the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P2 Claim Statement and to

conclude arbitral proceedings. It is seen that Ext.P2 has been

received on 05.09.2022.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed

of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P2, after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate

within eight months from the date of receipt of a certified

copy of this judgment.
