        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No.61/2016 in OS No.693/2012 on the files of
   the Sub Court, Ernakulam pending disposal of the above Original Petition
   (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   23.12.2022 in IA-2/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.GIGIMON
   ISSAC, Advocate for the petitioner and of       SRI.PHILIP T.VARGHESE,
   SRI.THOMAS T.VARGHESE & SMT.ACHU SUBHA ABRAHAM, Advocates for the
   respondent, the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that mediation is in progress and the petitioner has already complied with the conditions in the order dated 05.02.2019. Hence, the interim order dated 25.01.2018 will stand extended till the receipt of the mediation report..
