          Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the
   implementation of the judgment and decree of the Principal Sub
   Judge, Thrissur in O.S.No.63/2015 dated 31-10-2018.


          This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing
   the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and
   this Court's order dated 28.11.2022, and upon hearing the
   arguments of SRI.V.M.KRISHNAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners
   and of M/S.SREEDEVI KYLASANATH, AMAL DEV C.V., ACHUTH KYLAS,
