        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to pass an
   order,ordering re-opening of the above Contempt of Court Case (Civil),
   which was closed as per judgment dated 11.07.2022.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's judgment
   dated 11.07.2022 in COC and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.REJI,
   THARA THAMBAN, B.BIPIN, ARUN BOSE, SUNEESH KUMAR R., M.V.THAMBAN,
   Advocates for the petitioners in IA/COC and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for
   Respondent in IA/COC, the court passed the following:

                                               ORDER

Learned Government Pleader produced the Govt.Order No.GO(MS) No.2/2023/Taxes dated 9/1/2023, by which the Government decided to disburse the amount to the petitioner.

Respondent will take steps to disburse the amount to the petitioner.
