                                      JUDGMENT

Dated this the 20th day of January, 2022

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

(i) to call for the records leading to Exhibits P1 to P3 and set aside Exhibit P3 and all proceedings leading to that by issuing a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction.

(ii) to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to attend the classes and examinations pending finalisation of the proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P1.

(iii) to grant such other reliefs in favour of the petitioner as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. However, today when the matter is taken up, Adv.P.C.Muhammed

Noushia, representing Mr.Firoz.K.M. - learned counsel for petitioner, submitted

that the writ petition has become infructuous.

Submission recorded, and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
