         OP (Family Court) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP (FC) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP No.87/2021 in GOP No.67/2019 before the Family
   Court, Thrissur pending disposal of this original petition (FC).

         This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP (FC) and this Court's order dated
   09/12/2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S MAHESH V.MENON, Advocate for
   the petitioner, M/S. RAJESH VIJAYENDRAN & ASOK CHACKO THOMAS, Advocates for
   the respondent, the court passed the following:
